The Sparrows Collective is a space built around providing people space. Space to breathe, slow down, heal, and re-find themselves. The Sparrows Collective is a collective of therapists and wellness practitioners that seek to support fellow humans in their journeys towards awareness, compassion and freedom. We provide therapy services for everyone, because we all need some space! Whether you are a tired mom, fighting off that constant anxiety and perfectionism, a young adult who doesn't know what you're doing with your freaking life, a guy who is just trying to figure out what feelings mean or need some direction, someone who is totally disconnected from themselves because life has been really painful or a kid who needs a safe place to explore and play while processing transitions and changes... we've got you.
